Giant Octopus Art at Nanbu

UPDATE: Nanbu’s grand opening is January 17, 2019!

Everyone in town is eagerly awaiting the launch of Nanbu, a noodle bar opening soon next to Andy’s gallery. Chef/Owner Nikhil Abuvala describes the restaurant as a “Southerner in Japanese.” Nanbu is a cool environment that features a 15-ft wide octopus created by Andy. This hip hang-out spot will be open later than most local restaurants. Menu items include Ramen Noodles, Noodle Bowls, Poke Bowls, Dumplings, and Broths. Personally, we can’t wait! Here’s a sneak peek of the octopus…
